philosophy of education

According to the science every human brain has some specific learning capabilities but the philosophy believes that every human brain has same capacity to learn anything, in fact the environment he /she is exposed to or the efforts put by him /her plays the important role. Therefore the philosophy argues that equal treatment should be given to the each and every child while educating them. Philosophy of education believes that equity can be achieved through this only in the sustainable manner. Philosophy argues that the time taken by the child to learn something can be different.

Now here my question arises let’s take an example. Suppose there are two students one is A1 and another is A2, now we provide them same kind of environment, same kind of learning experience. Now after some time we found that A1 is a slow learner and he/she is taking a double time in learning anything than A2. Now I have some doubts how this time gab going to affect this equity. We all know things change with time. So can we really achieve equity by ignoring the value of time during learning. Another question is in our society different weight-age is given to various disciples and different are the economic opportunities with them now how the economic equity be achieved.
